Willow Springs, MO. – The annual Bear City Fall Festival will be going on this weekend, and it’s turning out to be a large celebration. We spoke to Phoebe Hendricks of the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce, who stated they’ve filled up all the space they had available, meaning there will be over 100 different vendors present.
