Gainesville, MO. – A Dora man was arrested last week in Ozark County on firearm charges.
According to online court documents, Gregory B. Hambleton has been charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm and one count of misdemeanor driving while revoked.
Deputies spotted Hambleton driving on Highway 181 and were aware that he had a revoked driver’s license. After conducting a stop on the vehicle, firearms were located inside the vehicle.
Hambelton is a convicted felon who, according to court documents, pled guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid in December 2018, and is prohibited from being in possession of a firearm.
He was arrested and booked into jail for the listed charges and is currently being held on a $3,000 cash-only bond.
