DORA, MO – The Dora R-III School District is proud to announce the addition of a celebrated coaching veteran to its athletics program. Coach Scott Womack has been named the new Head Coach of the Lady Falcon Basketball Team, bringing with him over three decades of experience and an outstanding legacy of leadership, passion, and success.
With an impressive 33-year coaching career and a remarkable 636-287 win-loss record, Coach Womack is no stranger to building winning programs and mentoring student-athletes to achieve their fullest potential. His resume includes four Final Four appearances, two state championship game appearances (in 1998 and 2022), and a long list of accolades that highlight his commitment to excellence:

A proud native of West Plains, Missouri, Coach Womack holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance, as well as a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Athletic Administration. His leadership is guided not only by strategy and skill but also by a heart for student growth, both on and off the court.
Coach Womack and his wife, Anita, are excited to join the Dora community and begin a new chapter with the Lady Falcons.
The district invites the community to extend a warm welcome to Coach Womack as he takes the helm of the Lady Falcon Basketball Team and begins working with student-athletes to build a new era of success and sportsmanship.
