Ava, MO. – The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office arrested and located the subject of an extradition felony warrant out of Wright County, and in addition, arrested a second individual in the process.
The individual with the warrant was David Henry, 45 of Seymour, who was located in the area of Ava due to the assistance of Officer Ryan McGinnis of the Ava PD. Sheriff’s Office staff located Henry with Heather Vandiver, 35 of Seymour, and a consented search revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Warrants for Douglas County were issued for both of these individuals for Delivery of a Controlled Substance and both were held in the Douglas County Jail. Vandiver bonded on January 3rd, and Henry remains in custody.
