On the evening of January 22, Douglas County Sheriff Degase and deputies served a search warrant on a residence in eastern Douglas County on C Highway.
The search warrant was for the arrest of Ralph Kemp and Samantha Hudson. Both were wanted out of Pennsylvania. Upon arrival, Kemp fled into the woods and Hudson was taken into custody. Kemp was later located by Deputy Nelson and K9 Amigo.

Both are being held in the Douglas County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
