TYRONE, Mo. — An Elk Creek man suffered minor injuries Monday morning after his vehicle struck a tree that was blown over by the severe weather earlier that morning.
A report from the Highway Patrol says 52-year-old David Davies was taken from the scene of the 6:20 am accident to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston.

The accident happened 3 miles south of Tyrone on Route 137.
