The Baxter County Sheriff’s Office is participating in the “National Take-Back Day” in an effort to removed unwanted, unused, and potentially dangerous controlled substances and over the counter medications from medicine cabinets. This next event will be held this Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Tractor Supply in Mountain Home.
The Howell County Sheriff’s Office tells Ozark Radio News that while they won’t be holding an event on Saturday, they have a collection box in their lobby for prescription medications available 24/7.
