Cowboy Rick and his crew are back in town, this time with State Representative Travis Smith. The Journey Stagecoach trips are an activity that see an authentic stagecoach, drawn by horses, delivering pen pal letters from one section of the United States to another.
Today, Rick and his crew were at the West Plains Quill, where they received a proclamation from State Representative Travis Smith, recognizing this trip and all before it as being of cultural significance for our area, and worthy of further recognition from the citizens of the State of Missouri.
