The South Central Solid Waste Management District is teaming up with the City of Willow Springs to host an electronic waste disposal event on Saturday, September 18 2021, from 10 a.m. to noon that is free to residents of Shannon, Texas, Howell, Oregon, Douglas, Ozark and Wright counties in Missouri. The event will be held at the Willow Springs Booster Field at 812 Main Street in Willow Springs.
Examples of electronic waste are old TVs, broken computers or keyboards, broken radios and alarm clocks, appliances, cell phones, or VCRs. If it was powered by a cord or a battery, it is probably electronic waste.
