WEST PLAINS, Mo. – The Educational Employment Fair at Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) has been postponed to March 3 due to forecasted inclement weather.
The fair, formerly known as Teacher Placement Day, will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at the Student Recreation Center, 323 W. Trish Knight St. It is being hosted by the MSU-WP Career Development Center and the MSU Teacher Education Completion Program.
The event will give education program students and graduates, counseling program students and graduates, and community members an opportunity to meet with representatives from area school districts to discuss open teaching, substitute teaching, counselor or paraprofessional positions in those districts, organizers said.
