Elk Creek, MO. – An Elk Creek woman was injured in a one vehicle accident on Wednesday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred on Highway H in Texas County at 8:40 a.m.
An eastbound 2001 Audi A6 driven by Coral Breiner, age 24 of Elk Creek, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Breiner had been wearing a seat belt and suffered moderate injuries. She was taken by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston for treatment. The vehicle was totaled.
