A 15‑year‑old Ellington boy was injured Tuesday afternoon in an ATV crash five miles southwest of Ellington. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the juvenile was riding a 2003 Honda FourTrax Rancher eastbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. The ATV ran off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and the rider was ejected.
Troopers say the teen was wearing a safety device and sustained minor injuries. He was air‑lifted for medical treatment.
