DONIPHAN, Mo. — Democratic congressional candidate Kathy Ellis will be holding a community forum on healthcare in Doniphan this Thursday.
The forum will be held at 6 pm December 12 at the Doniphan Community Center, 101 Washington St. Ellis’ campaign says the event is free and open to the public regardless of political affiliation.

Ellis, a Jefferson County native who has been a psychotherapist, clinical social worker and addictions counselor for over 35 years, is once again challenging incumbent Republican Rep. Jason Smith for Missouri’s 8th Congressional District seat in 2020. She first challenged Smith in 2018.
