Eminence Man Turns Himself In For Murder of Relative

Eminence, Mo. – An Eminence man has turned himself in to authorities for the death of a relative. 

On the evening of January 13, the Shannon County Sheriff investigated a 9-1-1 call about a deceased man in a yard. Deputies arrived to find the body of David Alley, 48 of Eminence.

On January 14, Everett Stubbert, 33 of Eminence, willingly turned himself over to authorities, admitting to the Murder. 

Stubbert is charged with 1st Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action under a No Bond warrant.
