Houston, MO. – An Eminence teen is in serious condition following a Saturday night crash in Texas County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred on Highway JJ, one mile north of Summersville at 1:30 a.m.
A 1985 Toyota Pickup headed south on JJ and driven by Taylor Jenkins, 22 of Eminence, traveled off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and ejected a 15-year old male passenger from the truck. Neither Jenkins or the teen had been wearing a seat belt.

Jenkins was uninjured in the crash and the teen was taken by ambulance to a Kansas City area hospital for treatment.
