WEST PLAINS, Mo. — Representative David Evans has officially announced his candidacy for reelection for the 154th District seat.
Evans told Ozark Radio News that he’s learned a lot in the last few years in Jefferson City and is hoping Howell County voters will send him back to the Capitol:
Evans added that one bill he was proud of making law this past session is the “Save the Family Farm” bill:
Evans was first elected for a two-year term as a Republican in 2018. Before that, he had worked in the private practice of law and served as a state trial judge at all trial levels before retiring as the presiding judge for the 37th Judicial Circuit.
Currently, Evans represents Howell County with the exception of the Goldsberry Township, which covers Mountain View.
