West Plains, MO. – On April 11, 2024, at 7 p.m. the TJ Swift House ASCEND program at Missouri State University- West Plains and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks are putting together an exclusive event for the public.
They will be showing the award-winning documentary “In and Different Key” at the West Plains Civic Center theater. This event is open to the public and free for everyone. The showing of the documentary is to support autism awareness month and show understanding of the subject.
For further information on the documentary, the movie is about the love and fight for the understanding of autism. It is about a mother tracking down the first man diagnosed with autism to help her understand and to help others understand what he is going through and accept the people who are ‘different’.
