West Plains, MO. – People within the West Plains area should expect to see increased traffic around town, especially around the Civic Center tomorrow as the NJCAA Volleyball Tournament begins.
This tournament will feature 16 teams from various points within the country, with at least 14 of these teams being winners of 14 NJCAA D-1 Volleyball Districts. Our local team with the Grizzlies will be participating in the Tournament in bracket 4, opening in match 7.
The Championship Game will be televised by ESPN 3 on Saturday, 7:30pm. Cody Sanders with the City has stated he would love to see the seats filled for this nationally televised event.
