West Plains, MO. – Dates for the Fairview Preschool and Kindergarten screenings for the 2023-2024 school year have been announced.
Children must be 4 years old by August 1, 2023 to screen for preschool and 5 years old by that date to screen for kindergarten. Parents or guardians will need to bring SSN, birth certificate, proof of residency, and the shot record for each child to be screened.

Screenings will be held at Fairview School, located at 4036 State Route K, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 10 and April 21, 2023. To sign up, call Fairview School at 417-256-3868 and ask to schedule an appointment.
