Douglas County, MO. – More information has been released on the deadly explosion that occurred over the weekend in Douglas County.
According to recent reports, the devastating explosion could be heard across the area, as a propane leak within the home led to an ignition. Sheriff Chris Degase stated in an interview that walked through the wreckage was closer to witnessing a tornado, and that the designation of being a propane explosion comes from the relatively small amount of burned area of the home.
The identities of the victims of the explosion have been released to the public, identified as the Haro Family, who ran a local family restaurant. Specifically, Salvador Haro, Silvia Haro, Salvador Haro Jr., and a 16-year-old juvenile son.
