Willow Springs, MO. – The Mountain View woman who went missing and was found, has an official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol with fatal injuries being confirmed.
The original Endangered Person Advisory for Effie Maxine Holden, a 93-year-old Mountain View resident, went out on Monday, September 25th. It was canceled when she was located in her vehicle on Business 60/63, 1 mile East of Willow Springs.
According to the official crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Holden was not wearing a safety device when she travelled off the left side of the roadway. Her vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, struck a road sign and a tree before coming to rest.
Howell County Coroner Michael Pauly pronounced Holden deceased on the scene at 2:56pm on Tuesday, September 26th.
