Salem, AR. – The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office released a press release yesterday evening outlining a fatal stabbing that was discovered.
This investigation began on January 8th, when deputies from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call at the 100 block of Seminole Drive. It is reported that on arrival at the residence, Derek Hamilton, 26, was found deceased.
Derek had been inflicted with what appeared to be multiple stab wounds as a part of a domestic altercation. His body was transported to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for investigation.
As a result of this discovery, two individuals were taken into custody as suspects and were interviewed by investigators, but both were released after questioning.
This case is still open, and the investigation will continue.
