A 41-year-old West Plains man died Tuesday afternoon after a head on collision on US 160 at county road 1120, three miles east of West Plains.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the 2001 Honda Shadow he was operating crossed over the centerline and struck a 2002 Ford F-150 driven by a 57-year-old Mountain View man.

The motorcyclist was pronounced deceased by Dr. Kinney of Ozarks Healthcare at 5:17 p.m. This is the 18th Fatality in Troop G this year.
