First Month of West Plains Downtown Passport Program Ends with a Winner

West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Downtown group began a new program back in December called the Passport Program. With it, those that visit businesses around the square in West Plains could receive stamps that would put them in for a prize.

Despite being put together in a rush, this gift basket was valued at around $500 and included a variety of items. The winner for December was announced as Paul Ciley, local resident.
