Five people were seriously injured in a head-on crash near Brandsville Thursday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 36-year-old Stephanie Upton of Thayer crossed the center line and a hit a vehicle driven by 29-year-old Robert Dyer, also of Thayer.
Upton and two juvenile passengers in her vehicle along with Dyer and 69-year-old Alvin Dyer all suffered serious injuries.
Robert and Alvin Dyer, Stephanie Upton and one juvenile were taken to Springfield hospitals while the other juvenile was taken to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
The accident happened at 12:55 p.m. on US 63, one mile south of Brandsville.
