West Plains, Mo. – The former Howell County Deputy and School Resource Officer charged in a statutory sodomy case pleaded not guilty today.
Rob Pilkington waived formal arraignment and reading of charges at his initial hearing on Monday, December 27, 2021 in front of Judge Robert David Ray. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for January, 19, 2022.

Pilkington was arrested in November of this year after being charged with statutory sodomy of a minor under the age of 14. Following an investigation, Pilkington was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on November 25.
