West Plains, MO. – The former West Plains City Mayor, Jack Pahlmann, and his wife Inez Pahlmann, have donated $25,000 to the Ozarks Small Business Incubator, taking advantage of Missouri’s 50% tax credit system. Now through December 31st, individuals or businesses can donate to a local non-profit in order to receive half of those gifted funds back as a tax credit.
