Fort Leonard Wood, MO. – Those who do a lot of travelling in the north area of our broadcast radius may want to be aware of some upcoming changes to the times in which the gates at Fort Leonard Wood will be open.
According to the social media page of the U.S. Army at Fort Leonard Wood, changes will pertain to the South and West Gates. The West Gate will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the South Gate will be open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m., daily. The North and East Gates are not expected to change. Changes will take place in February, 2024.
Officials go on to state that these changes have been under consideration for several months, with these changes being made based on available manpower, traffic flow, and training required for operation.
