Four Arrested in Douglas County for Meth & Pot

On January 26, 2022 the Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF), composed of Douglas County Deputies, Ozark County Deputies and Ava PD Officers served a search warrant in North East Douglas County on N. 181 Highway. Four subjects were taken into custody after Deputies seized methamphetamine and marijuana. A one-month-old infant was taken into States custody after the illegal narcotics were located in the residence.
 
The following subjects were arrested and booked in the Douglas County Jail:
   
 
Gary Collins, age 58, of Cabool, MO. A warrant was issued for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony; Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Misdemeanor. Bond set at $1500 Cash with bond conditions CPS bond supervision with twice a week testing. No illegal drugs including marijuana.
Darren Collins, age 52, of West Plains, MO. A warrant was issued for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony; Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Misdemeanor. Bond set at $1500 Cash with bond conditions CPS supervision with twice a week testing. No illegal drugs including marijuana.
Ryan Davis, age 28, of Cabool, MO. A warrant was issued Delivery of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, a Class C Felony; two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony; Endangering the Welfare of a Child Creating Substantial Risk- 1st Degree- 1st Offense – No Sexual Conduct, a Class D Felony. Bond set at $15,000 Cash with bond conditions CPS supervision with twice a week testing. No illegal substances including marijuana. Obey all children’s division directives on contact with child.
Sadie Rutz, age 21, of Cabool, MO. A warrant was issued for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, a Class D Felony; Endangering the Welfare of a Child Creating Substantial Risk – 1st Degree – 1st Offense – No Sexual Conduct, a Class D Felony; Possession of Marijuana, a Class D Misdemeanor; Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D Misdemeanor. Bond set at $500 Cash with bond conditions CPS supervision with twice a week drug testing. No illegal drugs including marijuana. Obey all Children’s Division Directives re: contact with child.
