West Plains Council on the Arts (WPCA) will host an exhibition entitled “Freedom” in the Gallery at West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St. West Plains – June 8 through July 17, 2026.
“Meet-the-Artist” Reception – Wednesday, June 24, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in the Civic Center Lobby.
As part of the national celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, WPCA presents a multi-media selection of work, featuring artists from the Ozarks. The theme “Freedom” is the inspiration for the exhibit which includes 24 pieces of original art by 9 individuals and 1 group of artists. The exhibit can be viewed during regular Civic Center hours.
