(Springfield) COVID-19 has already played a part in the cancelation of some area football games. The scheduled games between Glendale and West Plains on Friday night has been canceled do to COVID 19 protocols this according to Springfield Public Schools. With this being considered a cancelation it will not be considered a forfeit at this time.
This is the second game in the area that has been canceled for this Friday after Salem, MO also had to cancel it’s season opener.
