An arraignment was held Thursday morning for 35-year-old Daniel Eric Johnson of Gainesville after and alleged altercation, in which the victim says Johnson made verbal threats of violence. The victim told an Ozark County Deputy that Johnson drove aggressively toward the victim’s residence, and made the threats in front of his son. Johnson is charged with first degree harassment. A bond hearing is set for January 7.
