Gainesville Man Arrested for Terroristic Threats

Gainesville, MO. – A Gainesville man is facing four felony charges after multiple instances of terroristic threats to a local business.

Samuel Miller, 37 of Gainesville, was taken into custody on March 26th as a result of his actions following his firing two weeks prior.

The probable cause statement outlines that Miller had sent multile text messages to his previous coworkers stating that they would be “held accountable” and that he was very upset. In addition, Miller, who lives a short distance from the business, fired off roughly 29 rounds from a AK-47 style firearm causing alarm to the business.

Miller is facing two charges of Armed Criminal Action, 2nd Degree Terroristic Threatening, and 1st Degree Harassment.
