Gainesville Teen Injured in Vehicle Overturn Crash

Hardenville, MO. – One 18-year-old teen from Gainesville is recovering from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident that occurred on February 10th.

The location of this accident is reported as being on Highway J, two miles west of Hardenville, taking place at 6:35 p.m. Kayley Swartz is the victim and the driver in the accident. She was driving an Oldsmobile Alero northbound along the highway when she travelled off the right side of the roadway. Her vehicle was totaled as it not only struck a tree but overturned.

The injuries inflicted on Swartz are listed as moderate, and she was wearing a safety device. She was taken by ground ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical for treatment.
