Gainesville Woman in Serious Condition/Facing Charges After Crash

Pontiac, MO. – One individual from Gainesville is facing a list of criminal charges along with serious injuries after crashing on the morning of May 15th.

This report has been posted by and was investigated by Trooper D.L. Nash of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G. He reports that the location and time of the crash was on Highway W, one mile East of Pontiac at 9:15am.

Jessica Fireline was driving a Ram 1500 truck when she went off the roadway. The vehicle struck a culvert and a sign support before coming to rest. Fireline was not wearing a safety device and sustained serious injuries, for which she was transported to Baxter County Regional for treatment.

Fireline is also facing several criminal charges, including Felony Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Valid License, Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving a Crash, No Insurance, and No Seatbelt.
