Poplar Bluff, MO. – A driver from Gatewood, MO. was injured and was taken to a local hospital when they crashed their vehicle on Friday, November 11th.
This crash occurred on Highway 67, 3 miles south of Poplar Bluff. Investigation was performed by Trooper L.E. Hughes of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop E.

John Clayton, 36 of Gatewood, was the driver in this incident. Clayton was driving southbound in a Ford F250 when he ran off the left side of the roadway, struck a guard rail, and then an embankment. The vehicle was totaled.
Clayton was inflicted with moderate injuries and was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional for treatment.
