Gov. Parson pardons McCloskey couple and 10 others

On Friday, July 30, 2021, Governor Mike Parson granted 12 pardons and approved two commutations pursuant to Article IV, Section 7 of the Constitution of the State of Missouri. Official documents have been filed with the appropriate government agencies and are being sent to the individuals.

Among these pardons are Mark and Patrica McCloskey, whom wielded firearms and pointed them at protesters in June of 2020, had pled guilty in court to misdemeanor offenses: Mark for fourth-degree assault, and Patricia for harassment. Mark McCloskey is running for the Missouri Senate seat as a Republican to replace Roy Blunt in 2022.
