A gun drawn during an altercation on Armstrong Street in West Plains leads to an arrest. Daniel Neikes was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon after making threats with a loaded handgun. West Plains Police Department stated that the altercation involved the suspect’s daughter and an ex-boyfriend. No shots were fired. Niekes is free on $10,000 bond and is scheduled for court next month.
