Following a grand jury indictment, a warrant for the arrest of Jeremiah D. Kowerduck was issued on May 19, 2022.
Kowerduck was arrested in Greene County, MO on May 24 and transported to the Ozark County Jail.
Charges are as follows:
– Statutory Sodomy 1st Degree-Deviant Sexual Intercourse with a Person under the age of 14, Serious Physical Injury/Display of a deadly weapon/Dng Inst/Subject Victim intercourse with more than one person or victim under the age of 12– FELONY UNCLASSIFIED
– Child Molestation – 1st Degree – FELONY B
BOND: NO BOND
Mr. Kowerduck is currently being held in the Ozark County Jail.
Kowerduck was on the Ozark County Sheriff’s Most Wanted list in March 2022 for Burglary, Felony Stealing, Unlawful possession of a Firearm, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
