MANSFIELD, Mo. — A Hartville resident suffered moderate injuries Tuesday morning after the vehicle he was in lost control on an icy roadway, ran off-road and overturned.
82-year-old Arthur Stigall was taken from the scene of the accident to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

The accident happened 2 miles west of Mansfield on F Highway around 9:35 am Tuesday.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured, according to a Highway Patrol report.
