Cabool, MO. – The man who was arrested last year for placing a camera in the bathroom of a Casey’s convenience store has been formally sentenced by a judge.
Patrick Pitcher, 31 of Hartville, pleaded guilty in court recently to Invasion of Privacy, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was sentenced to six years in prison for his actions.
Pitcher was arrested on January 12, 2023, after a hidden camera was discovered in Casey’s General Store East in Cabool on January 3rd. The probable cause statement said that over 154 videos of people had been taken using that bathroom.
When Pitcher’s car was searched as a part of the investigation, both drugs and a firearm were found.
