West Plains, MO. – Many people braved the cold over the weekend to participate in the Heart of the Ozarks Half Marathon on Saturday, February 17th. Despite the near freezing temperatures, many runners could be seen trotting across town for a good cause.
Attendance was listed as literally being in the hundreds as racers ran for the sake of raising money for the West Plains Running Club, which is meant to provide funds for students involved in Cross Country.
