Myrtle, MO. – A semi from Mississippi had the driver side mirror struck with such force this past weekend that the window was broken and the driver was taken to the hospital from the glass shards.
This report comes from the Highway Patrol, who say that this collision took place near Myrtle on Highway BB. The driver of the semi, a Kenworth, was identified as 23-year-old David Thrasher of Pontotoc, Mississippi.

Thrasher was inflicted with moderate injuries as a result of the glass being broken, and the driver of the opposing vehicle did not stop and was not located.
