West Plains, MO – The Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association, will hold their 37th Annual Fall Bluegrass Festival on September 23 – 25 at HOBA park in West Plains.
Come spend a weekend with us for our festival in the beautiful Ozark hills of South Central Missouri. We are a family-oriented organization and invite you to our campgrounds with stage, concessions, RV hookups and showerhouse.

HOBA is a family-friendly organization. No alcohol or illegal drugs are allowed. HOBA Park is located just off Jan Howard Expressway/Bypass 63 at Lanton Road. Turn south between the Glass Sword Cinema and Regal-Beloit. Bluegrass Lane is ¼ mile from the bypass on the right. All shows are held rain or shine. Don’t forget to bring your lawnchairs.
