Holiday Changes to Howell County Trash Routes and More

Howell County, MO. – With the upcoming Christmas and New Year’s holidays, this inevitably means a change in the routines we experience day-to-day. This includes closures as well as changes to trash routes.

The City of West Plains has announced that city buildings will be closed both on the days of Christmas and New Years and that trash routes will not be run on each of these days. As both Christmas and New Years both land on Mondays, Monday trash routes have been rescheduled to Tuesday, December 26th, and Tuesday, January 2nd, respectively.

The City of Mountain View has also announced their city offices will be closed today and Monday. Trash routes for today will have been picked up yesterday, and Monday routes will be picked up on Tuesday. This pattern will repeat next week with New Year’s Day.

In Willow Springs, it has been announced that there will be a similar approach in effect, with offices being closed today and Monday, trash routes being delayed, and no date being specified for pick-up.
