West Plains, MO. – Halfway through November, and it’s that time again. West Plains City Utilities workers are hard at it installing Christmas lights around town.
Officials witht he city are asking drivers to be aware of work crews and their equipment as they drive through city streets in the coming days. This is due to bucket trucks that will be parked in various places while work is taking place.
