Houston, MO. – A Houston man has been charged with two felonies after an altercation on Sunday.
On the night of March 12, Benjamin Foster, age 29 of Houston, MO., was arrested by the Houston Police Department after a 9-1-1 call where Foster was accused of assaulting a woman and stealing from her.

Foster is charged with 2nd-degree domestic assault and stealing $750 or more. He is being held in the Texas County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
