Houston, MO. – On Wednesday, March 9th of 2022, Officers with the Houston Police Department and the Texas County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search in a block of Cherokee Circle in Houston. Methamphetamine, marijuana, and other multiple items of drug paraphernalia were found within the residence. In addition, an illegally possessed firearm was found and seized. Michael Watts, age 46 and Stacy Herman, age 42 were arrested as part of the investigation.
Both are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Keeping or Maintaining a Public Nuisance. Watts is held with a $250,000 bond, and Herman with a $150,000 bond.
