Cabool Police report that 58-year-old Victory Thammavongsa of Houston was killed in a New Year’s Day crash. Her vehicle reportedly crossed the center line on U.S. 63 and struck a horse trailer, causing her vehicle to overturn. Thammavongsa was pronounced dead at the scene by the Texas County Coroner. A passenger in her vehicle was seriously injured.
