The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 41 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year to date total number of cases to 2,290. Of the new cases 31 reside in West Plains, four live in Mountain View, four live in Peace Valley and two live in Willow Springs.
